- Candidates who have passed GCE A/Ls or Diploma/Degree in Marketing is preferred.

Sales Management Within Designated Region
- Achieve value wise and product wise regional sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Conduct joint field work with Sales Executive, monitoring; primary/Re-Distribution daily sales target, collection target, productive calls and invoices
- Frequent market visits to evaluate distributors, wholesalers and all other channel partners and ensure product distribution, availability of goods and off take at the relevant channels.
- Ensure that the distributors support PSL policies by servicing the market place as per the expectation of the organization.
- Collections: Collect market outstanding of distributors, wholesalers, retailers in accordance with due dates decided at the debtor review meeting
- Regional Sales Coordinators to monitor and be responsible to ensure if the payment (if any) is collected by the SE which is due to the distributor/PSL from the relevant customer.
