Property Requirements:
• Within a 5-6 km radius from our current office location.
• Not too close to a main road because of unloading activities
• Access road must be suitable for a 20’ container.
• A building large enough to house an office cum warehouse (minimum 5,000 sq. ft, ideally 10,000 sq. ft).
• If the building is smaller, there must be an adjacent plot of land available for a warehouse.
• Adequate parking space for 10-12 vehicles.
