Services to be delivered
Population Services Lanka seeks the services of a Human Resources Consultant to
- Review the new organization structure and to propose beneficial changes
- Propose new job descriptions as per revised structure and KPIs to optimize resource utilization and to promote business growth
- Conduct a salary survey and where relevant propose new salary and other related benefit structure with job grading system
- Develop a new performance appraisal mechanism which can drive the organization forward
- Develop performance related incentives for all staff to optimize business growth
- Review the HR Policy and Procedures and propose improvements to management to optimize business performance and ensure we are in line with local labour laws
Time frame
- Review of organization structure – 7th February 2018
- Propose new job descriptions - 28th February 2018
- Develop new KPIs, performance appraisal system – 31st March 2018
- Salary survey and job banding – 30th April 2018
- Performance related incentives – 31st May 2018
- Review HR policy – 30th June 2018
Profile of Consultant
- Proven experience in above mentioned services to be delivered
- Sample of previous work to be provided for review upon selection
- Proven ability to work towards deadlines
- Reputed HR Consultancy Firm or HR Consultant with extensive relevant experience and qualifications.
